Michel Bracké to take the role of CEO at WTS AB/ Traxfamily


From August 15th onwards, Michel Bracké will take the role of CEO at WTS AB, a young Swedish technology company with exiting products within the GPS tracking area.

After initial consulting work focused on CSA during the spring, the assignment has been extended to assume now the role of CEO from August 15th onwards,

” I am very excited to take this role and help WTS/Trax further to reach its goals. The Trax GPS tracker for dogs and kids is amongst the smallest and best performing on the market already and has great potential for further growth within its defined categories.” said Michel Bracké. ” Now we will further focus on market development, distribution and future product development”

The market for GPS trackers has been growing significantly in recent years and is estimated to reach 3,5 Billion $ by 2019, following a report by ABI research.

Michel Bracké was the co-founder and helped the product and company to launch on Nasdaq, First North in June 2014. The product was initially launched on the UK market via its own e-commerce webshop. In recent months the company succesfully launched it’s presence in retail outlets across the UK, and the product is now available at WHSmith retail and travel, Genting Casino’s and 100’s of independant pharmacies across the country. The company is now expanding internationally and signed recent distribution agreements for Germany, Poland and Czech Rpeublic. Several other countries are in the pipeline after a succesful launch on Intertabac, Dortmund.

During the last 1,5 year we succeeded in turning the company around from a virtual bankruptcy to a profitable, cash flow positive company with a strong and innovative product portfolio.

It’s been a challenging but exciting turn around case, and a good example of what dedication, focus and hard work can achieve.

Urbanista Ab is now part of a strong and growing international industrial player within the telecom area and continues to grow rapidly. It’s a win win for both parties as Urbanista will contribute to profitable growth and diversification of an already interesting product portfolio of itäs new owner.

Michel Bracké to become CEO for Nicoccino AB/Ltd

As of January 1st 2014, Michel Bracké, will assume the role of CEO for Nicoccino. Nicoccino is a spin off company from FFT Medical AB.

Since July 2013, Michel Bracké has assumed the role of CEO under a consultancy contract. During this period the strategy, product name and positioning were defined helping the company in a new capitalization round.

The focus now will be to launch Nicoccino, a powerful pure nicotine product for smokers and vapers, in the United Kingdom during 2014. Nicoccino is also planning a listing on Nasdaq OMX First North later this spring.

Eddy Merckx Cycles and MRM-Advice AB have signed an exclusive agency agreement for the Nordic markets as of June 1st 2013.

MRM-Advice AB will develop the Nordic markets for Eddy Merckx Cycles.
